arunsurana Man was born crying , will live complaining and die unsatisfied. This is the most common phenomenon of life. Is there any solution to this problem of life. Yes there is a one line solution to this problem. Rather there is a one line solution to the most of the problems of the Life.
Before we go more deep into it we need to understand problems.
The causes of most of the problems .
Then let us look into the steps we need to take to improve on them and resolve the same.
Finally we will reach our destination i.e. the one line solution to most of the problems of life.
The five most important areas of life are namely
- Lack of family time
- Lack of good health
- Lack of time to practise hobby
- Stress and lack of relief .
All these problems are caused not due to external factors but are mainly self induced.
The most important cause of the above problems is leading a radar less life. In the first place we are not specific on what we want and why we want. Maintaining the proper balance of the needs and self qualifications. Replicating life of others.
It is very likely that we will find some one very close to us moving around in life just like a radar less ship and these are the same people who are the most unsatisfied of everything.
Lack of trust in acts of goodness, vision full of jealousy and replication is where it starts from.
Spend quality time with your own self for at least a few minutes in a day. Develop the senses of gratitude , excellence, help, care and learning
Why on this earth we need to spend time on peeping into the lives of others rather spend that time own your self and your family.
Asking five questions to your self at the end of your day will help you develop the senses I have just talked above.

- Where did I do a good job today?
- Where had I been helpful today.?
- How did I take care of My self today.?
- How did I take of spiritual values today.
Remember how you look at life is more important then what you have in life. You can only enjoy the fruits of your own labour. Which can see the light of the day when you believe in power of goodness, keep yourself away from jealousy and suspicion.
Talk to any one around you and they will help you find the flaws in the society as well as the nation. Forgetting conveniently that it is they who are a part of the society and the society is a part of the country. So let everyone just put the effort to improve upon himself
The one-line solution to every problem is “look at yourself and improve your self”
